How to watch Nottingham Forest v West Ham football match tomorrow Sunday 31.08.25

It would mean a lot to my childhood best friend if I could see at least the start of this game. Her dad was a former prominent Nottingham Forest player in the ca. 1970’s who sadly died last week in Australia. Before the game tomorrow, Forest are paying tribute to him. Lots of his family will be present. Is there anywhere online that I can view this so I can show my dad too? Maybe I’ll find the tribute on instagram, TikTok etc afterwards. Many thanks in advance
