My Startup, an e-commerce platform based in Cottbus, is currently seeking a highly skilled and reliable professional to help us navigate the German tax and legal landscape. We would greatly appreciate your trusted recommendations. We need a Tax Advisor (Steuerberater) and/or Lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) who specializes in the following: Startup/Company Tax: Expertise in German corporate tax (Körperschaftsteuer), Trade Tax (Gewerbesteuer), and VAT (Umsatzsteuer), specifically for a newly founded/early-stage company (UG transitioning to GmbH).
Expat/International Focus: Experience working with foreign founders and staff, including international tax treaties and navigating the German bureaucratic process in English.
