Re: Whats up in the South?
We are on our way back home to Konstanz after 2 weeks at the Bauernhof in Bayern and we just stopped at Cafe Huttner at Inning am Ammersee. Doesn’t @Robinson100 or another of you live near or on that lake? Inning seems very nice although I wish we had had time to actually see the lake. We decided to make it a stop on the way next year. The timing from Bodensee to Windpassing is very convenient.

Re: Whats up in the South?
I was driving through Garmish the other weekend, I noticed that the Wank garage had shut for good. This garage was featured on a much older version of Top Gear many years ago. All very sad to see it gone.
It seemed that somebody had taken their car to the Wank garage, and the car came back with a lot more faults than when it went in with, the others just laughed at him and said what do you expect when you take your car for repair at the wank garage.

FFS, this is Germany, put some socks on before the Sandalen-Gestapo catches you and hands you over to the ICE! You have to blend with the crowd, thou froward clapper-clawed minnow!

Thanks to anyone and everyone who came. I have one last ask, German bureaucracy doesn’t seem to like English speaking things going on and is doing its damnedest to throw obstacles in our path. Please sign and spread the word

Re: Whats up in the South?
Way way down South here on the Bodensee it's raining cats and dogs. At least the temp is finally a bit above freezing though. My little patootie is stayin' put tonight. Gonna watch Tatort and knit and enjoy the comfort of my warm and dry living room.
