Has anyone else had a problem in agreeing to the new price for 2025? DB says that you have to actively agree through the Aboportal, they won't automatically issue the new ticket.
I've tried several times but can't log in to the portal; keep getting the message that my data (Abo number/ d.o.b./postcode) doesn't match their records, but I've checked multiple times. I e-mailed the customer service but no response ....
I suppose I can just completely reapply for a new ticket in December. Annoying.
