I'm super burned out and currently receiving ALG1
I'm applying to jobs but realizing if I can barely manage the interview, there's no way I can manage the real deal
What are my options for krankengeld?
My ALG1 lasts until end of September. Can I apply now for krankengeld, and if so does it also end in September?
If I start a new job now, and in 4 weeks realize I'm too unwell and get fired for calling in sick, will I be eligible for krankengeld?

Re: krankengeld
The "Agentur für Arbeit" is not the "Agentur für Krankheit", be aware of that.
So, you better not tell the "Agentur für Arbeit" that you are unfit for work. Did you hear me?

Re: krankengeld
You can be sick during unemployment. The Agentur für Arbeit acts as your employer and if you are sick more than 6 weeks, your health insurance takes over. You can get sick pay from your health insurance for up to 72 weeks.
