I'd say 8 is the final head count, right?
Ok, have reserved a table for 8 people, on Saturday 25.05.2024 at 17:30.
I did write to ask that they reserve the table under the name "Toytown", but if that fails, tell them my (real) name ;)
I will try to be there at 17:30, with a small cardboard hTTi sign.

See you there!

Enjoy your dinner and with a little more warning and some chain lube I'd be down for a nice, long bike ride to the next one. :)

Maybe they'll let you out for a few hours. Hospitals are pretty lax about stuff like that here.

In any case, please get better soon!

If you are feeling ok and they let you go, you could hang it on your belt and tie a shirt around your waist to hide it. Nobody will see it. Or ask the hospital to give you a smaller bag.

I would also encourage you to put on something loose fitting and come anyway!
I was very sick about two years ago, and it was fun and helpful to go to meetups like the Curry Night ☺️

I am somewhere south of Kiel and north of Hanover, northwest of Berlin and southeast of St Peter-Ording

Yeah. Good idea, both the Nurse and doctor, said do not leave the hospital tonight, so sorry I am not going to do it

It's strange as the doctor will allow me to go home homorrow for good, while carry a smaller bag for a week, then I am free.

Anyway, as already said have a nice time, enjoy the meal, people and conversation.

Thank you guys for the meetup tonight! We need to do this again.
Nobody looked like I imagined them to be.

Everybody was kind and helpful when I told them my story (had been sick, things were a mess). 💕 John sent us a nessage!
And the pizza was huge but very good, made myself eat it! 😋

It was lovely, indeed. Panda is the best organizer and she herded us cats around like a pro.

Lots and lots of laughs and a good time was had.

Definitely need to do it again. I would even consider traveling if any other TTers want to organize an event close to where they live. Meeting in person is a great experience. Seems like some of us have known each other forever.

Metall took this photo with my camera, that's why she is not in the picture, and for privacy reasons, I obliterated other people's faces...
What a great evening...

I had an absolutely lovely time connecting with you’ll in person. Walked at noontime from Hotel Fraufruit over to ZOB, where I am currently waiting on my slightly delayed FlixBus to ferry me way down yonder to a place that I’ve really grown to love. A trip to the big city is always an enjoyable adventure. 🙏🏻😃
