Has been that way for a few years now.
The old way would have taken too long, with the number of juries they now have.
I think they should do away with jury voting, more often than not they mess up the result and then it's no longer the song that was the public's favourite that wins.

Best song and performance at the SONG contest, TBH. Musically the Swiss one was utter dreck.
