Telekom visit on Monday: access to property hardware

Telekom will be visiting on Monday to connect my internet. I have found the following hardware in the basement of the apartment building.

Does anyone know if the Telekom technician is likely to have the appropriate keys to open these boxes?

Surely they will. I can imagine they are standard for all the telecom people. It's what they do.
