Sick between end of work contract and arbeitslos Zeit - who will pay for health insurance

Hi,my work contract finished on 30th November 3025 and I have applied for Arbeitslosen Geld from 1st December 2025. I got sick on 1st December and on 2nd December I went to the doctor and gave AU to Arbeit Agentur.
I was informed that I will only start my arbitlosgeld from 6th December and that I need to check with my health insurance about the status. The health insurance (AOK) said that there was no amount paid by your employer as my contract finished in November and that I need to talk to Arbeit Agentur and should be registered Arbeitlos from 1st December.
Any I didn’t think much about it as I still get the 12 months Arbeitlosrn geld stating from 6th December but I still didn’t knew what was my status between 1st December till 5th December as I was sick.
However now I have got the bill from AOK asking me to pay the insurance amount of these 5 days.
Neither AOK think they are responsible nor Arbeitsagentur.

Any thoughts on this situation? Do I have to pay the AOK contribution myself for these 5 days?
