Thank you both. I do have a B1 certificate and passed the Einbergurung test. I also have permanent residence.

I have been living in Oberursel for 9 years. I want to apply for German citizenship by naturalisation. Is there an application online or should I get a hard copy from Ausländerbehörde in Bad Homburg?
