old traffic signs

Kid#1 is 30 this year 
and kid#4 had the idea of sending a 30 sign with a lot of old people jokes written on the back. There are some at work but he is not allowed to take one, fair enough.
Is it possible to buy/acquire old/damaged signs in Germany or is that a no-no?
If so, any idea where?
He is not enthusiastic about the idea of a fake one - apparently it's only funny if it's real.
He does have a back-up plan of anti-aging cream, having failed on a Dignitas voucher (!) so no worries if this is a rabbit hole. And he is also going in heavily on the garden voucher the rest of us are getting so she can do something really nice with her garden as a memorable 30th gift, so he's not a complete arse
