F2 requested more letters of intent, I searched for more gigs, now my earnings forecast is outdated. What to submit?

I am currently applying for a freelancer visa in Berlin. After submitting my initial first round of documents for my visa, where I included my professional portfolio, several letters of intent, and the whole shebang, I quickly got an email back requesting a copy of my diploma and one or more additional letters of intent. In the 14 day period I was given to send in these documents, I was able to make new connections to employment opportunities, and was also able to confirm an exciting opportunity as a film programmer at a cultural institution I have a residency in, which would also be a new source of income.
I want to understand how to proceed, given these circumstances. There are only three slots to submit additional documents. I am wondering if I should separate the press release/confirmation document of my film program from the rest of my letters of intent.
More urgently, I am wondering if I should recreate a new Earnings schedule. I believe that my new opportunities may have offset my initial projections, and I am worried about the possible discrepancies. This was not requested, though, so I am also afraid it would appear as unsolicited.
If one document has to be for my diploma, and the other for my letters of intent, the last slot is a tossup between the programming doc and the earning schedule. Is it worth including an updated forecast even though it wasn't requested?
I would appreciate the advice of anyone familiar with the logic of these applications, or who has recently gotten a freelancer visa in Berlin. Cheers!
