He's just one of a large bunch of toffs who made the most of 'services' offered without thinking more about it. He's an easy target and those providing the 'services' are well protected by layers and layers of other scapegoats, I'm sure.

(not saying he doesn't deserve what he gets and he definitely should fess up on what he knows).
