Denied entry in Germany.

Hello everyone, i'm a 21 y/o guy from Moldova. I've been brought by my mother in italy since 2017 when i was around 14 y/o. Since then i had a hard time to get the residence permit in italy because my mother started all the paper work and from there she left to Romania, when they called us for the residence permit my mother had a romanian once and mine automatically got rejected.
I've had a work call from italy and been there for 2-3 years with the papers but then couldn't get the residence permit anyway. The thing is that i've been staying in italy without any paper for the last year, in may i've found someone in Germany that made me a work call contract.

They told me - 'Take the job contract and come from Italy here, you shouldn't have any issues" Was something solid as i didn't had any paper and for the last year been there as a illegal basically.
We put everything in the car and started moving, luckily nobody stopped us neither at the Italian border nor the German one. Everything was fine, i got the amendulg in Germany and was waiting for further orders. I had to go to my country (Moldova) after a month there, asked the dude that made me the papers - "I'm good to go or will have a hard time?", the dude said that i'm all good to go and they shouldn't cause me any issues. I've booked a flight from the Dortmund airport. Woke up, got everything and went to the airport. There i had a hard time, basically the job contract didn't meant anything without a visa and i've been hit with the "you've worked illegal for a month.", gave me some papers and told me to go as i was late for my flight. Went to Moldova and had to come back some days later, again: asked the dude, all good ? He told: yeah you'll be all good but incase something goes wrong call me.

I'm arriving at the Dortmund airport, there they refused me the entry and started a cause against me cuz i've been siting in Italy 500 days without a residence permit, they gave me some papers justifying the reason of the refused entry and a lawyer's name + a phone number saying that he'll contact me to let me know what will happen to me as that wasn't a deport cuz i've been in Germany for a month (from the allowed 3 months). The lawyer's name is Janika x from a Dortmund court apparently, AG something. Now i got the following issue -> i've got papers to apply for a work visa in Italy type D but they told me to solve the issue with Germany first else my visa will be refused and i'll lose the papers. The thing is that the papers i got with which i can get a Italian type D visa expire in 3 months. What i have to do? they registered me in the SIS database, so no way i'm going back to EU as a tourist until they tell me whats the matter.

I've sent a email to bpold.sanktaugustin@polizei.bund.de and the German embassy in my country, with all the papers i got, Italian , German and an apology explaining how it went.

What else i have to do ? if someone had this issue.

I've been kept in the Dortmund airport for 3 days......

Thanks & let me know if you know anything more that i can do beside what i've already done.

To get answers to these questions, you need a lawyer, not a forum.

Your mother and you have been breaking immigration laws for a long time it seems.

I agree, get a lawyer.

...try your local DRK, Caritas or Buergerbuero (just put those terms in google alongside the name of your town). They typically have advice centres/helplines which may be able to offer some free assistance, or alternatively point you towards someone who can.
However, it seems as though you may have already been put in contact with an immigration lawyer. That would be your best point of contact.

The thing is that my mother has nothing to do with me since she brought me there in 2017, she married a Romanian dude then and left to Romania. Now i've got an appointment to the German embassy here in my country on 21 of August (basically 1 month after they refused me the entry). I can't contact the lawyer they "assigned to me". She'll contact me with the final words pronounced apparently and kinda don't got any bucks left for a lawyer. I've came here just for some suggestions. As i was writing this, i got an email back from bpold.sanktaugustin@polizei.bund.de , from a specific office. They told me that they'll look into it as soon as possible and will give me an answer, meanwhile to send them my postal information so they'll be able to send me a mail. Right now i got italian papers for visa but need to get the "deport" removed before applying.
