Planning a World Cup 2026 "Public Viewing" Party - Tech Rental Advice?

Hi all,
I know it's a bit early, but with the next World Cup being in North America, I'm already getting excited about the time difference allowing for some great evening/night matches here in Germany.
I'm thinking of hosting a proper "public viewing" party in our garden for the big games with a group of friends (maybe 20-25 people). My TV just won't cut it for that real stadium atmosphere.
The obvious solution is to get a projector and a big screen, but buying that kind of equipment for just a few weeks makes absolutely no sense. So, my next thought was to rent it.
I did a bit of searching and found some online rental places that seem to offer complete packages with projectors, screens, and even speakers. I came across a site called ***** (https://name-redacted-due-to-shill-alarm.com/), for example, which looks pretty straightforward.
My question to you all is: Has anyone here ever rented this kind of equipment for a party?
What should I look out for? Specifically, how bright does a projector need to be if a game starts when it's still a bit light outside in the summer?
Is setting up one of those big screens complicated for a non-tech person?
Any general tips or pitfalls to avoid?
I'd be grateful for any advice or shared experiences!
Cheers
