Living in Brandenburg

Hi, i moved to Hamburg (from Istanbul) together with my family at the beginning of 2017 for a new job opportunity. I worked there for 6years and 10 months, and found a better oppotunity in Berlin, and took it. As we had been living in Hamburg for almost 7 years, and had an order here (older child goes to school, younger to Kita, social contacts), i decided to commute between the 2 cities weekly before i am sure, that we can move. I have been working 2 days a week from home, and present 3 days a week in Berlin. This kind of living is getting more & more tiresome, and i am looking for alternatives now. Berlin reminds me of my hometown (Istanbul) in the sense that, it is chaotic, crowded, high crime rates etc. So i started consideríng Brandenburg, mainly the regions at the south-east of Berlin towards Königs-Wusterhausen. I would like to ask, if anybody has experience with living in that region? I am a bit worried that, it can be boring for the kids, when they further grow, and look for a bit of a vibrant life. Also i have question marks about the following points in my mind:

Speed of Internet
Quality of schools, access to Kita
Dependancy on the car
Doctors
Social Environment, expat friendliness (AFD is strong in these regions)
Drinkability of the Tap water
Availability of a gym

Thank you in advance for sharing experiences.
