The thing is that the police cannot decide who make the mistake, that my car collide with another car on the slope (my car is on rear and have no damage, the other car damage cost ~4000). Therefore it has to be decided by the court. At first the insurance company asked if I would like to proceed for dispute with a lawyer (the lawyer is appointed by the insurance company), which I accepted because I believed it was not my fault. If I did not accept the offer, meant I admit the mistake and have to pay more insurance otherwise.

How I see it is you say it is your fault and your insurance pays. No reason to go to court and pay lawyers.

Normally, the insurance companies fight it out at no cost to anyone. That's what they get paid to do.

It was the other way around - the Op wrote that the damage to their car was at the rear, or at least that´s how I read it.
In which case, what you wrote about the driver at the back being the one at fault , now applies to the other party.

Sorry, I must have misunderstood "my car is on rear". That must mean the rear of the car is damaged.
