Mortgage providers for relatively small sums

Good evening,

My daughter is in the process of purchasing her first property ( an apartment).
She needs to borrow 50-70.000 Euros (a relatively small amount compare the total price).
As it appears, not many of the lenders would be willing to give out such a small mortgage and/or to allow Tiltung > 5%.
I have tried Dr.Klein and Internhyp (both gave similar and reasonavle good offers), but was curious whether there any other providers that could offer something even better.

Hence is my question: could you recommend such a provider from your personal experience or a good search tool?
