I do not have internet access in my flat. I go to my library and there I download stuff from Netflix. No longer. After recent changes, downloads are no longer possible on the Windows app. More digital exclusion.
How sad. So I have closed my account.
What about alternatives such as Disney orAmazon Prime?

Simple solution: download the content on your smartphone and then cast to your computer using Bluetooth or a wired solution.

No smartphone and no internet is digital self-segregation, not exclusion. You screwed this pooch all by yourself.

It is not there to discuss problems that you have because you are without Internet on purpose.
