I was looking into ways to invest and Degressive AfA for neubau came into effect recently which looks great!

From the text, it affects only projects that start their construction after 1 October 2023.
Is my understanding correct? Or would this be ok for apartments that completed construction after 1 October 2023 and is purchased this year?

Yes, if construction started after 30. September 2023, but before 1. October 2029
