Hi,
I'm considering going back to the US later this year and letting my current Aufenthaltstitel / visa expire.
When would my taxes for 2023, 2024 be due? Is it the normal deadline, or is it sooner (or later)?

It's on the normal deadlines.
Except if you're a VAT-charging self-employed, in which case the VAT return for the period 1. January 2024 to your moving away date is due within 1 month of you moving away (I assume that this will be the date on which you will give up your business in Germany).
