Today my son and I and the 2 grandkids who are 7 and 10 were trying to explain to the 3,5 year old about how he was connected to Mama via the umbilical cord, and he just wasn’t getting it. Oma had the brilliant idea to demonstrate it using an iPhone charging cord connecting him to Mama. 
Then the older kids mentioned that would also work with Oma and Papa. Another demo ensued, the little guy caught on, and we all had a great laugh.
