No, that simply means that they have had enough offers of distribution points and don't need any more.

The actual delivery of the potatoes is apparently on the 15/16.01.26!

Osterland Agrar GmbH describe themselves as Mittlestand. It seems like a really generous concept. I hope they get plenty of good marketing/publicity as a result.
