Additional dental insurance - do you have it?

Post by Alberto »

Just curious. Do you guys have it?

I really have bad luck when it comes to dental health. Already spent fortunes since childhood. Now at age 51 going for implants #3 and #4.

Yesterday at the hygienist I was suggested to take dental insurance. It seems a good deal: 16.9 eur/month. Already with only 2 professional cleanings a year, it more than pays itself back.

Where do you stand on dental insurance?

I don't have supplemental. I get 3 cleanings/year for free because I have gum disease.

How long do you have to wait to use the insurance after you sign up?

Good question.
I didn't check it up, but the hygienist yesterday told me there is zero waiting time.
