Festgeld vorzeitig kundigen

Today my Festgeld got automatically prolonged. That's not what I wanted, but stupid me I realized I forgot to Kundigen. My fault.
I asked the bank to close it right now.
I know they don't HAVE to, but maybe maybe they will nevertheless oblige.
How realistic is it that they'll accept my request?

My guess is they probably wont unless maybe you are some great customer they'd really like to keep
