Hi everyone,
As far as I know, there are legal guidelines for tax consultancy costs for businesses, similar to private tax consultancy. For a small business (like an e-commerce or dropshipping), does the following quote (from a tax consultancy firm) sound reasonable?
— €300 (net) per month (€4.284 gross per year) for accounting, including VAT returns and Datev (quarterly tax declaration)
— €275 (net, or €327 gross) per hour for additional consultancy
Given the very low turnover and transactions, it feels a bit high to me. Any feedback or similar experiences?
P.S. I saw on Panda Munich’s page that around €700 per year might be more reasonable for this kind of service—if I understood correctly.

The problem is the e-commerce and dropshipping, most Steuerberater avoid such clients.
You could ask Sarah Czarnowski for a quote, she is specialised in e-commerce: https://www.czarah-steuerberaterin.de/

Two things I forgot to say is that I also need to pay monthly fee for an online tool (taxdoo) that automatically creates all the balance sheets from online shops and as I know solves the hassles with OSS. In addition, I need to pay €1000 to €2000 for annual financial statements.
I am trying to get quote from others but think that the initial quote that I got is a bit high.
