Room to rent - short term - Women only

Hi community,

I have a room in my 2 bedroom apartment in the north of Munich to rent per day/week/month available from 5th december.

To let to women only. The room has a single bed, a desk, night table, clothing rack and a small wardrobe.

The apartment is in the north of Munich, 5 min. from the U3 (Moosach) Shared kitchen/bathroom.

I took the liberty to edit that posting a little bit for easier reading. Nothing big, only simple things.

I also would want to point out that this posting comes from an IP actually located in Munich. Duuh! Yeah! Not from Nigeria or whereever. Whilst this doesn't exclude that this is a chill, it appears to be a real offer to me.
