International travel health insurance outside Germany

Hello,
Could you please suggest some best International travel health insurance outside Germany? I am traveling to US for 2 weeks and looking for a travel health insurance. Also need the same to visit Asian countries. I previously had from ADAC basic one but looking for some more suggestion.

Stiftung WarenTest reports them as being TOP of the pile, but
I have never claimed though.

Works for me with several trips abroad over the year.

We are having HUK/Barmer insurance, 28.00 EUR per year for a family. We had a case with them and they were really supportive.
