Legal cost[s] cover[ed] by insura[n]ce?
Legal cost[s] cover[ed] by insura[n]ce?
I'm in a legal dispute after the car accident. I'm confident that I will win the case. In that case, the other party will have to pay the legal fee. But in the worst case, if I lose, will the insurance company pass down the legal cost to me? That does not count the fact that I will have to pay more insurance fee next year.

I am afraid that you have to provide more "input" to allow people to actually comment on the situation...

The thing is that the police cannot decide who make the mistake, that my car collide with another car on the slope (my car is on rear and have no damage, the other car damage cost ~4000). Therefore it has to be decided by the court. At first the insurance company asked if I would like to proceed for dispute with a lawyer (the lawyer is appointed by the insurance company), which I accepted because I believed it was not my fault. If I did not accept the offer, meant I admit the mistake and have to pay more insurance otherwise.

Did you hit the rear of another car? In that case, how is it not your fault?
How I see it is you say it is your fault and your insurance pays. No reason to go to court and pay lawyers.
Yes, your insurance cost may go up but that's how it works.
I rear-ended another car and it was clearly my fault and I said so. My insurance went up a bit but only for a short while because that was my only infraction for many, many years.
Normally, the insurance companies fight it out at no cost to anyone. That's what they get paid to do.

It is not my fault, or course. Because I'm in the front.

It was the other way around - the Op wrote that the damage to their car was at the rear, or at least that´s how I read it.
In which case, what you wrote about the driver at the back being the one at fault , now applies to the other party.

"that my car collide with another car on the slope (my car is on rear and have no damage, the other car damage cost ~4000)"
Sorry, I must have misunderstood "my car is on rear". That must mean the rear of the car is damaged.
Thanks.
