Could someone kindly clarify:
I'm opening two accounts in Trade Republic, one for Tagesgeld and one for Festgeld. Can I divide half my Freistellungsbetrag between the two ie 500€ each, or should I just assign all the allowance ie 1000€ to just one, as it's the same bank? I understand that if you have accounts in different banks you can apportion the allowance between them but two accounts in the same bank? Thanks.

The Freistellungsauftrag always counts per bank, not per account.
