The bag actually said "Self Raising Flour" in English but was from some German "Mühlensomething". I should have taken a pic. It's not listed on their website.

It could be a special item only available at your local Rewe. Ii have 2 Rewe nearby and they don't always have the same products.

I found this recipe for self raising flour on the Edeka website

300g Flour (Type 405)
3 teaspoons Baking powder (Backpulver)
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda (Natron)
1/2 teaspoon Salt

mix and use at your own risk

Afaik, American style is with the salt, British style without salt.

Hey, yesterday I bought a pack of Kerrygold vintage Cheddar slices from Aldi for €1,44.
