Equiniti Advice of Payment.

Moin members.
I'm not sure if this topic fits here, but it's a pretty straightforward question. Up to 2024 I received a yearly "Advice of Payment" from EQ at Sutherland House, since then, the pension is still paid monthly, but I have had no Payment Advice Slips. These, of course, are required by the German health insurance so that they can charge you. Letters to EQ remain unanswered and telephone calls end with a promise to send the Advice Slips, but they never come. On the phone, they let you know your pension amount, but I then have no physical evidence for the KK. Is anyone having similar problems.?

I still get an annual notification of the amount for my widow's pension. EQ are just carrying out the payment, maybe you could try to contact the organisation through which you accrued the payment?

Equiniti do seem to operate on an annoying revolving schedule of insisting on doing things one way and then changing their minds...

Apparently you can write an email giving them authority to send you documents by email :roll: including :
· Full name:

· Date of birth:

· Unique pension reference number

· Full postal address including postcode

WRITTEN AUTHORITY TO SEND MY PENSION RELATED DOCUMENTS ELECTRONICALLY VIA EMAIL
Please accept this Email as my written authority to send my Pension related documents electronically via Email.

You might find that works, or they might randomly post it to you. Late, obv. :lol:
Following a quick straw poll of Legion members earlier this year, people do usually get some kind of payment print-out or whatever at some point (usually timed for the financial year in the UK - April-ish), and they pass it on to the KK when it comes.
An email, followed by a phonecall, maybe repeated, can work out, and get it for you in proper time, but you are not alone.

Essentially, keep trying...you definitely should be getting written confirmation by some means.
