I'm not Franklin. He can correct me if I'm wrong. I believe the idea is that the man who is walking looks like Colonel Sanders, the fried chicken guy, on the sign he's strolling past. Took me a bit to come up with that, if it's correct. And if so, I should have seen it right away. :lol:
