Removal company Germany to Ireland

Our house here is on the market and it's time to get some preliminary removal quotes. We'll be moving to SE Ireland from here, approx 60km south of Berlin. It's a full house move, so not your man with a van type of move. We'll probably have to build in storage time here while waiting for a house purchase there to go through.

Any experience/recommendations gratefully received.

German removal companies are really expensive, you might want to also consider calling some companies near your new house too.
No matter which end they come from, one leg of the journey is going to be an empty van, but an Irish firm might have better contacts with a local storage company so that its easier to get at your stuff if you need to while its in storage.
