Goodness, since my OP, this has just escalated. Early February, I kindly put this Makler off saying our selling situation is now uncertain. He seemed quite unprofessional
I today received an email from the Makler saying he’d like to issue me an invoice for 1000€ plus mwst for his advice asking if I agree to this.
I asked a lawyer if there may be any kind of ground for such a change….absolutely no!
The lawyer said I shouldn’t be too ‘English’ in my response, just NO, no contract exist either verbally nor written.
After I sent him this brief email, he soon replied with…..
“Sie haben mich gebeten für Sie Leistungen zu erbringen. Energieausweis und Wohnflächenberechnung sind über meine Kontakte entstanden. Hier habe ich einiges an Kommunikationsaufwand geleistet.
Außerdem haben Sie meine Kaufpreiseinschätzung gern zur Kenntnis genommen.
Denken Sie nicht es wäre fair meine Unterstützung mit einem kleinen Obolus zu bedenken?’
The architect plans and energieausweiss cost me 1300€. The Makler simply forwarded me the relevant contacts. I paid each directly. His property valuation was written on a scrap of paper that now proves far over current valuations from main Makler (banks etc) calculations
