I took my first ever long-distance trip with the DB this week. Took the ICE from Konstanz-Stuttgart and then the ICE to FRA. I picked up my granddaughter who flew from Yerevan and we spent a day and a night with Armenian relatives in Darmstadt. Then today we took the ICE from Darmstadt-Karlsruhe and then the regional train (Schwarzwaldbahn) back here to Konstanz. The total cost for these supersaver tickets was 60€, with her traveling for free. That's a steal of a deal IMO. I am one happy camper and I'm gonna work on some more DB trips. :D

Too late for this issue, but surely, another TTer could have gone to a DB Reiseburo with your info, picked it up and emailed it to you, oder?

You might have had to issue a letter of consent or something like that, but I think it would work.
