The way I understand it, money that's 'just sitting' in the IRA is a money-market type of investment, i.e., not well-positioned to grow/yield.
The funds/ETFs will stay in the IRA.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks!

Retirement Planning with ETFs
Hi all, Site newbie here... I'm a dual citizen (Germany/USA), permanently residing in Germany as of this spring. I need to reinvest my Traditional IRA as I can no longer hold mutual funds. I have about 10-15 years until retirement. Does the below sound like a prudent investment scheme to get started...
