If there was no weapon, one must wonder why the witnesses didn't intervene if they were able-bodied.
What a pity.

Re: dual US and German SIMS
How much does it cost to use your T-Mobile number to call the U.S. from here? Just curious. My sim doesn't work from here but it is a temporary sim.
I call the U.S. with Whatsapp or with VOIP on my home phone which is connected to our internet.

Probably the same people who shoved peas and things up their noses when they were babies. They should do a study.

I get a 30 day T-Mobile sim when I go to the U.S. but it won't work here. Not sure if that helps.

I never pay attention to the type of potatoes I buy. Just look for the nicest ones and do everything with them. No problems.

You don't actually turn pages. Tap screen or mine also has buttons and I keep my thumb on one for easy turning.
I had to read a book on his iPad once. Hated it. Too big and heavy. Phone much too small for me to do anything with.

I currently hava a Kobo which is nice. I've had Tolino before with no issues. Not sure why you want/need color. I've never had a color one. I only read regular books. Not sure about now but, back in the day, the color ones used up more battery.

I love this place! I don't cook but printed that simple one out for Himself. Will use Chipotle in place of the smoked Paprika. We use a lot of Chipotle.
Thanks!

Also snowing in Munich. I was taken aback when the pilot announced the temp in Munich was -7° before we landed. Looked at my neighbor and we both said the F word at the same time. Perfect stranger.

They get a lot of info when they swipe your passport. I'm not British but I once gave my Ami passport at immigration and they immediately asked for my Aufenhaltserlaubnis. Of course, that was in Germany.
