Hi Auntie Helen, you're allowed to leave your ISA open once you move abroad and stop being a UK resident. You just can't put new money in it. This is directly from the UK govt's website. :)

Thanks. The hedge wall (the damaged part) will need to be replaced and I’ve demanded that the small trees and bushes be replaced for a like for like.

What kind of lawyer could we reach out to? Does anyone have any ideas on where to find someone who can help us draft an agreement? :)
