Re: Legalising cannabis

I considered an electric vape however I smoke only 1 or 2 times a month and a single bowl (0.1g) in my Dynavap is enough for an evening, so I decided it wasn't worth it. I never enjoyed smoking weed but vaping it is really pleasant. You can taste the flavors, you need less to get high and the vapor...

Only when somebody volunteers to be the mod for that section...
I'd offer, but I would make a terrible mod and I'm not here very often.

Re: Legalising cannabis

I was having what I thought were lung problems, so I bought the first one. It turned out to be an unrelated inflamed esophagus, but the taste out of a vape is much, much better, so I stuck with it. You can buy little capsules to put the weed in and insert into the venty. That makes cleaning much, mu...

Re: Legalising cannabis

This has become routine for me. I know what to give/do for the plants and get pretty good yields. On a related note, if you are vaping. You have to try the Venty from Storck and Bickel. I was using a Norddampf Relict up until today. I was kind of happy with it, and would have lived with it, if I had...

Re: tipping etiquette

To take it a bit further, I usually tip on the net price before taxes. I don't need to tip the Finanzamt. Normally, around 10% depending on the quality of service. I do that to, albeit after taxes, but same difference. It seems to me that Germany has been slowly going the way of the U.S. over the p...

Acting_homeless.jpg My ginger used to be just like that. Neighbours called him ‘2 dinner Sid’ in England. After moving to Germany, little kids would ask me what they are allowed to give him. I saw my neighbour’s kid sharing a hot dog with him in their garden 😊 Our cat brings all of her friends home...

Re: Obituaries, reactions to Rob Reiner's death

I loved to watch Rob Reiner back in the 70's, when he played Michael Stivic in "All in the Family" , which was based on the British sitcom "Till Death Us Do Part". To be murdered by the one you created, is just horrible. The murders in themselves are horrible, but if the kid did ...

IMG_6128.jpeg Here you can see the effects of “topping” the “apple betty” plant. We have two main stems, rather than just one. Due to my fear of overwatering them, I wound up underfeeding the past attempts. This one is looking rather hopeful. Like I said, it’s a learning process. A fun learning pro...

Re: Legalising cannabis

Godzilla glue getting close to harvest. I will start flushing soon (feed it plain water with no added nutrients), but I‘d rather feed it too long than flush too early. The point behind flushing is to get rid of as much nutrients and chlorophyll as possible before harvest. It is heavily debated on w...

Re: Legalising cannabis

Has anyone here tried (successfully or otherwise) to join a club yet? I knew they were supposed to be legal as of July and a quick search landed me here. Seems like reasonable costs, but I have no idea how hard it is to get a spot in one.

Re: Legalising cannabis

When stored properly (more on this later), dried cannabis keeps for 6 months to 1 year. Over time, it begins to lose its aroma and potency. According to some older research, weed loses roughly 16 percent of its THC after 1 year, and it just keeps dropping from there: 26 percent THC lost after 2 yea...

Re: Legalising cannabis

I have, or at least had, no clue what I am/was doing, but I still got about 60 g. of weed out of the first two attempts. That more than pays for the tent, lighting, nutrients, etc., in terms of black market weed-costs. I don't smoke that often, so that could last me a year. I also smoke straight wee...

Re: Legalising cannabis

Yeah I'm surprised about the online marketplace. Where has that gone? Why is it now pay and pray? I saw advertisements for it. Supposedly above-board shops, offering to discretely send weed to your house. I call it pay and pray, because to whom exactly are you going to complain, if they don't deliv...

Re: Legalising cannabis

You see 0 reason for anyone to break the law yet how many years have you been buying weed and consuming it? Not everyone has a place to grow. I don't, for one. My tent is 80cm x 80cm x180cm and is sitting in the corner of my home-office. When I wrote that about breaking the law, I admittedly didn't...

I figure it is one of two things, scammers or the black market weed sellers trying to stay in business....

Re: Legalising cannabis

A little more detailed. As far as I understand the law, you are allowed to have weed, but not buy it. Same goes for plants. Seeds are another story. AFAIK, it is still illegal to sell seeds in Germany, but it is definitely not illegal to have them, so order them from another EU country. Those clubs ...
