Okay, Revolut doesn’t work for Americans in Germany either. They’ll give a free banking account with virtual debit card to Americans - but no brokerage account for Amis.

Okay. New ideas. How about Ireland? They speak English and use the Euro and have a big American diaspora. Anyone know about options for a U.S. citizen in Germany to have an Irish investment account?
